Biography

I wanted to be a Parent Child Whisperer coach because I too know when parents, children, and teens know better they will do better. Many parents and teens misbehave and handle things poorly because they are scared or angry or feeling pain and don’t know what to do so they turn to those survival tactics that don’t help and make messes. And often those messes are so big they seem impossible to overcome.

I love the Parent Child Whisperer motto, “Helping a child create a life they don’t have to heal from,” and I love helping parents and children learn tools and resources to help them to learn how to navigate the thoughts and emotions and learn how to act versus react and default to their best self-staying in alignment with their values and who they want to be. And be able to act to no matter what shows up.

I help guide parents and teens towards what they want and help them learn tools to help them navigate challenges and conflicts to help them make necessary changes and repairs and to create and maintain healthy relationships. It takes work and it’s worth the time and investment.

My Unique Approach/Philosophy:
My coaching style is unique because I don’t teach theory. I have 6 children and have studied, learned, tried, and tried again to help myself improve by learning tools and resources to help me to show up and act in alignment with my values. I have a love of learning and have developed the art of resilience for when things are messy we try again, focusing on what is going well and creating a plan and strategy for what needs improvement. As a parent there are many challenges one faces, those you are striving to improve with your own personal growth and development as well as cultivating and maintaining a relationship with your spouse, and teaching and guiding children. Being a parent is not for the faint of heart and I love parents, children, and families and know their importance. I strive to help those struggling with their relationships to find peace and joy. Families have many different personalities and learning to love each person for who they are as well as honor them with their choices while learning how to be careful an respectful to them and their personality takes practice and guidance. I feel called to this work and I’m grateful to help individuals, children, and families on their journey to connection, support, and belonging with those who love them.
